Dear Friends and Customers,

Bob and I wanted to let you know that we are going to be leaving Kentucky and moving back to Michigan.  There are several reasons why, with the most important being that our children, grandchildren, parents all live in Michigan and we want to be near them and be involved in their lives. The second reason we're moving back is that, since the recession began, we've lost several customers, and our business has dwindled down to the point that it can no longer support our financial obligations.  I started looking for full time employment here in Bowling Green a few months ago. Unfortunately, there aren't many professional I.T. jobs in Bowling Green, and the ones that are here, are offered at about half the salary for the same job in Michigan.  So, I am looking for full time work in the Traverse City, Cadillac or Lansing areas, which is where we have decided to settle.  Our house is for sale and Glen Howard at Re-Max is our real estate agent.  If you know anyone who has been looking for a house in one of the most beautiful locations in Alvaton, please let them know that our home is for sale.  I will post a link to the listing as soon as it's live on their website.

We've decided not to close the business, but it will be Michigan-based.  Bob will still be available during the day, but any computer support and website work I provide will have to be evenings and weekends.  We have a trusted friend here in Bowling Green, who is a telecommunication and computer technician, that will be working with us, to take care of any onsite computer, server, security camera, or other hardware issue that requires "hands on" support.  We DO want to continue supporting all of you, our clients, who have stuck with us through this recession, and will do our best to help you remotely, using CrossLoop and GoToMyPC, or coordinate efforts with our local technician.
